How do I add custom attributes?

Click "Menus", in the Navigational Menu, to display the attributes list. Separate custom attributes by commas. To add a value, simply right click on the associated menu item and select ‘Edit Custom Attributes’. To remove an attribute, simply delete it from the list.

How to use the UL tag attribute?

When utilizing the UL tag attribute you must select the list item directly below the destination in the Navigational Menu.  It will find the UL tag listed directly above.

Navigational Menu Example:

  • Company List
    • About Us (put the UL tag attribute against this item)

Why are the copy & paste icons not working in the WYSIWYG editor?

You still have copy and paste.  Unfortunately those particular buttons within the WYSIWYG editor will not function while using Mozilla Firefox.  This will only effect the copy and paste buttons, all other buttons will work as intended.

Within the WYSIWYG editor you can use your shortcut keys on your keyboard to copy and paste.

PC:
Ctrl + c (Copy)
Ctrl + v (Paste)
Ctrl + x (Cut)

Mac:
Command + c (Copy)
Command + v (Paste)
Command + x (Cut)

Why are my options not showing up in the CMS tool bar?

This may happen on occasion.  Simply refresh the page.  Once the page has fully refreshed the options in the CMS tool bar will show up as intended.

Why can't I open a new version history or saved draft when the content editor is open?

When the content editor is activated, it will prevent user activity with the page until it is deactivated.  Simply close out of the content editor and choose your version history or saved draft.

How do I upload a file and insert as a link?

  1. Log on to CMS and navigate to a page you wish to edit.
  2. Highlight the word or phrase for which the link will be associated.
  3. Right click and select "Insert/edit link".
  4. Click on the Link URL icon to display the CMS File Browser window.
  5. Select the folder you want to upload the file to.
  6. Click "Browse" to select an image from your local desktop.
  7. Click "Upload".
  8. Once the upload is complete, select the file from the menu and click "Select". 
  9. This will add the URL path and direct you back to the Insert/edit link window.
  10. Add a title to the link.
  11. Click "insert" to complete.
